The definition of a stereotype contains the type of the element to which the stereotype can be applied.
To use the stereotype, one should create the appropriate element, and then apply the stereotype.
In some project it could be interesting to be able to create with one click (from palette or menu)  the required element with its stereotype.

The available palette tools and menus can be automatically deduce from the analyze of the profile. 

This tool will allow:
 - to analyze a profile and propose possible "quick creation tools"
 - to choose which "creation tools" are wanted by user.
 - to generate the creation tools and make them available.
 
 Implementation of this tool can be more dynamic if Papyrus provides a dynamic way to add/remove palette tools and menu.
