In WorkingCopy.reconcile(), transient markers reporting got disabled to work-around: 1GAJ67W: ITPJUI:WIN2000 - Deadlock while saving in Editor.
Will need to reenable them later on.

Reconciling with errors is now supported using IProblemRequestor.
