When logging via ssh to dev.eclipse.org, I'm getting:
-bash: /etc/profile: Permission denied
-bash: /etc/profile: Permission denied

trying to use CVS ends with:
-bash-3.1$ cvs
-bash: cvs: command not found

It looks like bugzilla notification is also no longer working (at least I didn't get any notifications about changes made to this bug).

Fixed.  We made some changes to the nightly configs update and it seems to have
lost some of the permissions on the files that are updated.  I"ve reverted to
the previous mechanism and re-run the updates and everything seems back to
normal.
