The commit dialog should support spellchecking the commit message like CVS does (see http://archive.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.3-200706251500/whatsnew/images/commit.png )

Is this feature still enabled, I don't see any spellchecking in the commit dialog.
