The new local remote services provider (see

can be used for testing remote services.

To support usage in testing, it would be valuable to be able to have parameterized delay in method execution, support for different execution semantics ("maybe","at least once", etc) in order to simulate various networked-induced behavior in real providers. Testing could then more easily simulate some network environments.
