With M5 and I20030211, when I start debugging a Java application, there is 
nothing writeen to the console window. If I pull down the menu button (the one 
with the computer & silhouette of a running person) and select Show Default 
Output (which is already checked), the output appears and new output is visible.

When I terminate the app and restart it, the same thing happens.

This didn't happen with I20030129.
