Contrary to multicast based discovery provider, DNS-SD does not define the default domain to search. Thus the provider should fall back to the system's default search path if no other search path is given programmatically.

Released to HEAD
Added "dnssd.ecf-project.org" to the default search path of ecf2.osuosl.org to make the unit tests pass until a more convenient way to configure the provider is implemented.
