Build ID: TM 3.2rc2 on top of Eclipse-SDK 3.6rc2 on WinXP

1. Help > Help Contents
2. Click Search tab, search for "compiler"

--> Eclipse tarts indexing help
--> Observe following error message in Eclipse Log

Help document /org.eclipse.rse.doc.isv/reference/api/org/eclipse/rse/core/servicesubsystem/package-summary.html cannot be opened.

It looks like this file (and probably several others) is missing. Also, for rse.doc.isv an index should already be shipped, so Eclipse should not try and start indexing yet again.

Attached patch should do the trick for platform / RSE.
