In bug 302441 we agreed that it would be good to show DND#LINK feedback when the user has chosen to use links on the 'Linked Resources' preference page, but decided that it's too late and risky to do this near the end of 3.6.

This bug is to track the remaining work for in JDT (including DND in Project Explorer with JDT content).
