This is a candidate for implementation after the Virgo baseline release.

The migration should be relatively straightforward from a Virgo perspective,
but when it is done, any applications which refer to EventAdmin using the
"com.springsource" prefixed bundle symbolic name will need to be modified.

Work complete and rippled. Web-server build no longer contain any sign of felix.
