Using HEAD, I'm seeing issues with the traditional memory rendering and CDI. It seems to work correctly in DSF.

Build hello world app.  Make the rendering scroll automatically. Go to $pc, and press the scroll arrows. The address jump is very large indeed.  Using DSF this seems to work correctly.
