content assist in high contrast

In high contrast mode, SSE content assist does not do a great job of indicating the currently selected item from the content assist dialog. It seems like it might be because the dialog tree does not have focus, which is represented by a light gray in regular contrast.

This can bee seen in other editors than SSE-based.

Pressing Tab with the dialog open will provide proper indication.
