The FacesConfig Editor preference page does not use any mnemonics (underlined characters in the dialog). This could possibly impede keyboard accessibility.

Steps to Reproduce:
* Create a new dynamic web project with the JSF facet.
* Select Project Properties > Web > JavaServer Faces Tools > FacesConfig Editor
