http://eclipse.org/jsf should redirect to http://eclipse.org/webtools/jsf (or the equivalent main page). 

Currently http://eclipse.org/jsf points to a (apparently placeholder) page which does not seem related to the JavaServer Faces project, which seems misleading and possibly erroneous.

These are the only "committers" to this specific jsf cvs location: 

itrimble,justinchen,rsrinivasan,cbateman 

So ... I think this means you have to do it Raghu? 
Or ... Ian?
