1) Open preference dialog
2) Open PDE > Compilers
3) Resize the dialog
4) Hit OK
5) Reopen the preference dialog
Result:
Preference page is too small, all the controls are cut off (but can be scrolled to)

Other preference pages resize the preference dialog to allow their controls to fit.

This affects all OS's but will be worse on linux due to the font size.

Fix

Fix removes the width hint.  Controls can size to what is available (same behaviour as other compiler settings pages).

Fixed in HEAD.
