In previous versions of eclipse, in the preferences (Java ->Compiler) I could 
turn off/on the warnings for use of a deprecated method.  This was a very 
useful feature.  It appears to have been taken away.  I would love to see it 
come back.

Oh - sorry - I just found it.  It had merely been moved.
