As a follow-on to bug 204395, it would be nice to be able to import or export only the Java > Editor preferences via the File > Import/Export > General > Preference wizard.  I will attach a patch which could be used to provide this functionality but I have not verified that all of the necessary keys are used (most seem to be OK).  This patch does not handle the preferences for the 'Save Actions' page (I couldn't find the necessary keys).
