The import wizard to clone and import projects into the workspace allows partial import by selecting or deselecting the available projects. If projects were skipped during the initial import there is no way to import them at a later time.

Solution: make a wizard that enables import from an already existing local repository.

This could perhaps be an alternative solution for #281394 and maybe even #301168.
