Attempt at an API

Here is an attempt at an API for the profile change request. Not quite sure how to make it simpler than this. Any feedback / simplification is welcome.

The code released is not exactly what was attached here.
The released API is not great and I'm also not sure if we want to use a factory to create the profile change request.
