In JSF 2.0, need to update facesconfig.xml editor to support the new elements in facesconfig schema, e.g. navigation rules are more flexible that the previous.

We will update the Faces config model to the JSF 2.0 schema ( bug 295246), but we are not planning on enhancing the editor to support new JSF 2.0 elements.
