I20091209-1800.

There are some minor issues to fix:
1. the filter field (text) has no mnemonic
2. messages that combine singular and plural must be avoided
   ==> provide two different messages depending on whether there's one or more
3. "Select the projects you want deleted..." sounds misleading given that all
   projects are already selected. I would change it to something like
   "The selected projects will be deleted before importing."

Fixed in HEAD.  Won't be in I20100119

1) We don't control the text in the filter field.  But we do have a mnemonic for the filter tree which selects the filter text (at least on linux).
