I'd like to write a text editor with spell checking. When I tried to implement this feature, I couldn't find the spell checker implementation until I read somewhere that it's part of JDT.

Spell checking is such a basic feature, it should be in org.eclipse.workbench.text or even org.eclipse.core (so I can build command line spell checkers, too).

Please move the plugin for 3.6.

Reproducible: Always
