Build I20030115

It looks like the lock happens during auto-build after the resource are fetched
from CVS. I'm not sure whether if it's J Core or Debug UI.

I set the severity to major but since it is a JavaModelException you can better
tell if it is minor or even critical - please adjust the severity.

Here's where I think it happened:
1. Started my Buildmeister workspace [auto-build on]
   - one window with 2 perspectives (Resource, Java)
2. Pressed on Synchronize button in tool bar (CVS action set)
3. Selected all projects and selected to update

I did not get a dialog but exceptions were written to the log  (see attached
file). I assume the error happens in step 3.
