If a user attempts to create a project where the directory already exists and has a project already in it, then upon hitting the Finish button a dialog box is displayed which states, "Existing project settings will be overridden. Import feature can be used instead to preserve old settings. OK to override?" When the OK button is clicked nothing happens. The user is forced to either rename the project, change the default location for the project or cancel the project creation.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a C Project with the name Test.
2.Start to create a new C Project with the name test (the difference in the name is the case).
3.The project wizard will tell you that the "Directory with the specified name already exists."
4.Click the 'Finish' button to get the dialog box.
5.Click the 'OK' butoon.
6.The Project Wizard just goes back to the page you were on when you clicked the Finish button.
