If I search for string "F", Search for: Type, limit to: Declarations 
why the search result is:
> FieldDef - org.ec~.co~.in~.indexing
> f - sun.se~.kr~.in~.crypto

it gives me  "FieldDef" also.

This sounds like a bug. Could you please fill a bug report against JDT/Core?
