Wizard allowing the selection of elements must depends of the context. 

Example : Only inherited properties from super class should be available for the RedefinedProperty

property view framework has changed.

We need a common content provider for most UML elements.

The default EMF one doesn't take into account all the UML Constraints.

The properties view providers still do not take UML semantics into account.

I remove the target milestone, as this would most likely be a huge work to do, and isn't scheduled yet.
