JUnit becomes excluded from the build path of projects that had it, and it becomes no more an option to Run JUnit classes, nor to be created through File -> New

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Eclipse Classic (or Java Developers).
2. Install Subeclipse through the update website http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x
3. Restart Eclipse and notice the absence of JUnit as per details.
