The Toggle Source/Header action has a key binding of M1+TAB which maps to COMMAND+TAB on Mac but this is reserved for "task switching". So it's not possible to toggle source/header with the keyboard. Also, the keys do not appear in the menu in Cocoa, see bug 294146.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use CDT on Mac
2. Press CTRL+TAB
3. Nothing Happens
