When an external label is selected and the Delete key is pressed, it is deleted, and there is no way to restore it besides undoing the operation. This is undesired behaviour. Such labels must not be deletable or they must be restorable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a GMF diagram (e.g. UML2Tools Class Diagram).
2. Create an element with external label.
2. Select an external label and press Delete key.
