Hi, when searching for a method references, some references are not found. I don't see any easy explanation or pattern in the missed references, sorry.

Nothing in the error log, too. I would say it happens for more than 1 month, so when i installed the 3.5.1.RC1.

Iv'e installed 3.6M2 and i can reproduce the bug right now.

cleaning the project doesn't help

But when it happens it is reproducible? Does it only happen for method references or also other searches like declaration search for types?
