CDT build the c++ makefile project when user clicks the "Clean Project" button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new C++ makefile project Helloworld.
2.Right click the project, press the "Clean Project" button in the popup menu.
3.you can see "make all" executed.

Does that happen even without "Build automatically" checked in the project menu?

No response from submitter. Assuming that "Build automatically" is enabled as per previous comment.
