It will possible to allow the user to resize compartment for a classifier.
But because each user wants to have its own behavior for compartment. I propose to add preferences and appearance in order to manage compartment size:
 - automatically (current version) 
 - manually (the user can change the size of compartment)

Patrick as a temporary solution, I have added the missing properties in the following class in order to avoid compilation issue (r669):
org.eclipse.papyrus.umlutils.ui.VisualInformationPapyrusConstant

This is probably related to some code not committed, can you check and provide a clean fix.

now  resizable compartments can be managed with two modes.

It remains to work on preferences

This feature has been implemented previously but need to be reactivate in Kepler and luna. Patrick will do it.

now compartment are not resizable manually because compartments are not selectable
