Based on the new facet versions, ensure existing project creation wizard pages handle the "new" versions...

The new versions are now being created by the existing project creation wizards.  (Note that the Connector project had to have some tweaking due to the optional deployment descriptor in Java EE 6/Connector 1.6.)
