It is easy reprodusable - just select firstly in zoom combobox - Width - get result and then once again Width - get other result.
In my particular case first Width selection - result zoom is 103%, second Width selection - result zoom is 106%, third - 103%, 4th - 106%, etc.
If it is not reproducable in your case - just try to vary editor window size and you'll reproduce it.

I do not sure is Component Examples right component here, cause it is look like common Zoom bug.
