When exporting a diagram, you have to fill the diagram name if you want to distinguish the différent images generated. It would be nice that the diagram name be automatically filled in the dialog box
When I export a diagram, it is always exported as "NewDiagram". It should actually be given the name of the project since I have to choose a project before exporting it.
How are you "exporting" the diagrams? I cannot repeat what your doing. I can only create diagram files by using the "File->save as image file" context menu and then I get a suggested name based on the model. Maybe you can recheck if the bug is relevent?

Papyrus has made some progress and now suggests <model> name as output instead of "newDiagram" but a more intuitive name would be the <diagram> name. That was what I had in mind with my original request. suggesting <model> name is not really useful as all exported diagrams will have same name... regards raphaël
Yep I agree.
Since several months (more probably several years), the images are named with the diagram name and optionally with the qualified name of the owned of the diagram. I set this bug as closed fixed.
