When you are debugging multiple threads with breakpoints, it's easy to lose the overview over what threads are currently suspended. The Debug view is typically not large enough to show all stacktraces together, so the only way to find out whether another thread has hit a breakpoint is to scroll around.

The debug view should show a summary of running and suspended threads in the description area, e.g.
"Process: 2 threads suspended / 10 running. Global: 2 / 25."
