We made the following changes:

- renamed 'Hierarchy' view to 'Type Hierarchy'
- removed the Type Hierarchy view from the Java perspective ==> redo screen shots

- simplified the 'Layout' view menus according to bug 285871

I could find the following screenshots which still show 'Hierarchy' view in Java perspective...
- Java development user guide > Getting Started > Basic tutorial > Moving and copying Java elements
- Java development user guide > Getting Started > Project configuration tutorial - last screenshot in all sub pages (maybe other screenshots have to be updated as well, but I did not check)

Updated the text everywhere and committed the attached patch. Keeping this open for the screenshots. Screenshot to be updated for Layout in :

Actually I could not commit this to HEAD because it was already committed (should have read the previous comment).

Moving to RC2 to make the screenshots more accurate. (The screenshots I had taken for the fix for RC1 was to replace the Hierarchy view with Type Hierarchy view, but it seems more apt to just show only the PE view in all the places)
