Steps To Reproduce:
This is the step to reproduce
1.I type HTML tag <input type="
2.then I use Ctrl+Space to produce the selection
3.After that I select one of it, for instance I select "button"
4.The result would be <input type="button
5.The closing double quote won't appear, then I continue type it and manually type the closing double quote
6.<input type="button" name="edit" />
7.Then I save it, when I display in the html page, I saw extra double quote " after the button, but in the editor view I cannot see any extra double quote.
8.But after I close the HTML editor, then open back again the file, the double quote displayed out.

Works fine in latest WTP 3.2. Indirectly resolved by the Enh [294088] [UI] Automatically close paired characters in the editor.
