Description David Williams CLA 2009-07-01 02:05:57 EDT
Created attachment 140566 [details]
resulting HTML from attempt to manage

I've tried it a few times lately, and received a 500 error (see attached).

Looks like something is configured wrong, but have not looked at stack trace closely.

Could one of the webmasters manually download a new hudson.war and install that? Maybe something broke in a recent update, or Hudson died due to the readonly nature of /shared last week?

This issue has been reported in
https://hudson.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=3875
and fixed a 1.311
They are now up to 1.320

I'll give this a go, as long it's only a matter of replacing exisitng war with new one.

Seemed to work fine, and did solve the problem.

If for some reason, there's a need to 'revert' to previous hudson.war, I left it in place named hudson.war20090818

It can be deleted after a few weeks or so of running with no issues reported.
