175946: The New Scenario Wizard should have a combo box for which sequencer to use 175963: STEM RCP Menu Menu bar and sub-menus need better organization They need attention. There are entries that STEM doesn't use and entries that are missing. 178811: Population identifier in new Disease Wizard should be specified with pre-populated combo In the new Disease Wizard the string that is the identifier that specifies which population the disease affects is left up to the user to get right. It would be better if there was an NLS'd combo box that was prepopulated with "valid" values for the user to select. 183422: Need a visualization of the canonical graph There is no way to visualize the canonical graph. The Mylar project has a visualization component called Zest that includes a Graph visualizaiton view. 218036: Property Selector should allow display of total population at one option in standard map view 233281: Creation of nodes and edges in GUI It would be really nice if you could create nodes and edges in the scenario building GUI for model testing purposes down the line. This will allow for quick creation of hypothetical/sample populations. 250135: Proposed UI change for Built in Scenarios To make the ui more user friendly we could 1) Eliminate completely the separate view which shows the built in Scenarios/graphs/models etc and instead 2) Add to the project explorer a default build in project (perhaps called STEM library) that contains all the built in graphs and scenarios.... The advantage to this is the user only will have to learn one single user interface. 254941: The context menu in the STEM project explorer doesn't have commands to copy/paste/delete We need to add commands to the popup that duplicate what is available for resources. 254942: The folders in the STEM project explorer need to be pushed down one level and a migration option for old projects provided. May be create a command that recognizes old projects and offers a command to upgrade them. 260942: Scrollbars missing on wizard page(s) 262223: Dragging and dropping more than one infector/inoculator at a time not supported 199334: Outline view should display outline of hierarchy in canonical graph The disease model scenarios have a tree structure defined by containment relationship edges. This tree should be displayed in the outline view.
