The outline contents (overview) is initialized with the first diagram and never refreshed when selection changes.

Synchronization and outline modes correctly handled when the user switch from a diagram to another or closes current diagram.
PostSelectionListener added on multiEditor.getSite().getPage() to detect selection changes
