Once the new sash system is up and running, the old sash implementation can be removed.

The old sash implementation is now not accessible from outside the sash plugin.
It is ready to be destroyed.
It is keep there because it can contains some useful code, especially about the ActionBarContributor.
It will be removed later. The code shouldn't be used (but copied outside).
