Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a Midlet Project
2. Create a Midlet (and add it to the AD for the project)
3. Select Run As Emulated Java ME JAD
4. Emulator launches but cannot find the file 
   (workspace/project/.mtj.tmp/launchFromJAD/project.JAD

LAUNCH_FROM_JAD_FOLDER = "launchFromJAD"
It works if you set this to be EMULATION_FOLDER_NAME. Not sure if this is always the case but fixes for me :)
