Before releasing 3.5, we should ensure that we don't have occurrences of "Java
development" with a capital D. See bug 236581 for details.

The jdt feature and jdt source feature should be updated.

I've reverted those name changes. During 3.5 we tried to get better feature and plug-in names but without luck. We can try again for 3.6 to finally bring this to an end but at this point we won't touch them.
