maybe cache creation could be postponed.
as it is now, everything is created on first switch to an empty java perspective

the profile was taken on the first switch to java perspective.
the workspace was completely empty

Could not reproduce. Will do performance analysis with new lightweight startup 
anyway (numbers here a stale).
