Description Barb CLA 2009-05-14 12:53:52 EDT
Limited solely to "IP Discussion" component CQ entries in IPZilla, it appears as though the act of assigning a CQ to an individual automagically causes emo-ip-team@eclipse.org to be removed from the CQ.

It would be nice if emo-ip-team@eclipse.org would continue to be cc'd on "IP Discussion" CQs, even after an individual is assigned to handle it.

See CQ3287 by way of example.

Yes, emo-ip-team was the default assignee, and when you change it, it doesn't automatically go to the CC list.

I have updated the component so that emo-ip-team is both the default assignee *and* a default CC member, so that should take care of it. Please reopen if not.

As a follow-up, the above fix will only be applied to new IP Discussions from now on; current discussion CQs don't have emo-ip-team CC'd automatically.
