While verifying the fix for bug# 272148, I noticed
that with the fix, we do propose constructors with
array type parameters, but there is a confusing
message on the status bar claiming no completions
are available. This doesn't look right to me.

The problem occurs only when single proposals are automatically inserted.
The problem does not occur if "Insert single proposals automatically" is disabled.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
