Updates to the template wizard pages for CSS, DTD, HTML, JSP, JSP Tags, and XML. Each of the pages has had 2 strings updated to include mneumonics and a new string used as a label for the template table.

This change seems good, even though could impact some PII translations, since it improves accessibility.
