Screen readers aren't able to tell the difference between the two color selector buttons we have for foreground and background colors in our various Syntax Coloring preference pages.

I do not know if it is still an issue (I expect it is), but the testing checklist and testing tools are referenced from https://www-03.ibm.com/able/guidelines/software/swuiobject.html#testing .

Is this an SSE-specific problem? Should all ColorSelectors be associated with their label?
