when we try to import j2mepolish database there is an error. both on files and from antenna jar file.

this was tested on latest eclipse ide for javame m6. the expection is below

Caused by: java.net.URISyntaxException: Illegal character in opaque part at inde

the expection can be seing with the consolelog
